In order to register for the event send the following information to the registration contact prior to the registration deadline:

Group Name: (ex. Salem Fields Community Church)

Group Contact: (ex. Bucky Wince)

Names: Each individual including all parents, children, and spectators who plan to attend the event

Experience: Level of prior experience of each student participant (ex. Rookie, 1yr., 2yrs., etc.)

Housing: Please indicated if family housing is needed.

Payment: Please indicate how you plan to pay the registration fee (Cash, Check, or PayPal)
